Our commitment to excellence involves sourcing the finest silk threads from reputable mills, entrusting master weavers with the weaving process, following appropriate dyeing procedures for longevity, meticulous polishing for the ultimate finish, and the application of tactful and skillful hand embroidery. Each piece is tailored with precision and thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to you. To maintain transparency, every garment is sealed with a "quality check" note and the signature of the person responsible for ensuring its quality.

We kindly request our customers to thoroughly inspect their outfits upon receipt. If you discover any damage to the product that is not characteristic of a handmade item, such as stains, tears, or broken embroidery, prior to using the garment, please contact us with a picture via email or phone call. We will arrange a product pickup for further examination. To be eligible for a return, the fabric must retain its freshness, folds, and tags must be intact. If, after our scrutiny, we confirm that the product is damaged despite our stringent quality checks, you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement.

In the rare event that we are unable to process your order within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, a member of our team will promptly reach out to you to provide information on the delay and offer alternative product options. If these alternatives do not meet your satisfaction, we will happily issue a full refund.

We understand that changes of heart can occur, and for this reason, we offer a 24-hour window for making adjustments or exchanges. Within 24 hours of placing your order, our team will contact you via call, email, and WhatsApp to coordinate any customizations. Once you confirm these changes, you will not be able to make further adjustments, as your product will have entered the production phase. Please be aware that our "made to order" pieces are custom-made specifically for you, and once production begins, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
